These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and binding agreement between you (the "Player") and pg799 with respect to your use of the pg799 online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pg799. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure. All balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to your pg799 wallet and wagered in whole or in part. Unplayed deposits may be refunded subject to identity verification and at pg799's sole discretion.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the stated wagering (turnover) requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the promotional validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, the affected game round may be declared void. Where a round is voided, any wager placed on that round will be returned to the Player's account. pg799 is not liable for losses arising from network connectivity issues on the Player's side, including but not limited to mobile data dropouts, Wi-Fi interruptions, or device power failures.

The results of completed game rounds are final. pg799 will not reverse game outcomes based on a Player's dissatisfaction with the result. If a Player believes a technical error has affected a game outcome, they must report the issue to customer support within 24 hours of the incident, providing the game name, approximate time, and round ID where available.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg799 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for underage individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus collection.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected software errors will be voided.

pg799 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — pg799 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by email to the registered email address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the pg799 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available balance in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pg799, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pg799's internal complaints process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting pg799 customer support. pg799 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process. Legal proceedings, where ultimately necessary, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
